AmarnathPackages.in provides pilgrimage travel packages, transport, accommodation, and other ancillary services to intending pilgrims going to visit the Amarnath Shrine and other allied destinations.

The Terms and Conditions bind you for and as regards all the bookings, payments, cancellations and all the interactions with AmarnathPackages.in.

2. Eligibility

While using our services, you hereby declare that you are at least 18 years old or have got the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

The user should ensure whether he or she is fit and healthy to join the Amarnath Yatra.

3.Booking Procedure

Bookings shall be accepted only through website, AmarnathPackages.in or its authorized agents.

At the time of booking, the user shall provide all documents such as name, age, telephone number, and other relevant details to AmarnathPackages.in.

The booking would amount to an accepted order when AmarnathPackages.in accepts the order on receiving a confirmation of the order via email.

4. Payment Terms

Advance payment or part payment at the time of booking as per the package option should be done.

Payments can be made through the secure online payment gateway provided on our website, or by other methods that are approved by law, such as direct bank transfers.

Online in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise indicated, all prices quoted on our web site are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel by User: Cancellation requests should be made in writing via email or through the website's support system.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as follows based on the cancellation timeline below:

• Cancellation 30 days or more prior to scheduled departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellation 15-29 days prior to scheduled departure: 50% refund of total amount.
• Cancellation within 14 days of scheduled departure: No refund.

5.2 Cancellation by AmarnathPackages.in:

We hold the right to cancel bookings at any moment due to natural disasters and causes like government restraint or safety issues.

In this case, users shall be offered an alternative date or a full refund at their will as long as it's available.

5.3 Refund Procedure

Refund will be made within 14 working days from the date received after verification and acceptance of cancellation.

6. Travel Documents and Permits

The traveler is expected to carry a valid photo identification and all necessary travel permits for the Amarnath Yatra.

Permit application shall be made through AmarnathPackages.in, but the same will be subject to government approval and the company will not ensure its confirmation.

7. Health and Safety

The Amarnath Yatra includes treks on high altitudes and inclement weather conditions. Participants are advised to seek medical advice before embarking on the journey.

Sickness or impairment Pre-existing medical condition of any nature must be reported to AmarnathPackages.in at the time of booking.

AmarnathPackages.in shall not be responsible for any health problems, accident/and or death/happenings during the journey.

8. Amendment in Itinerary

AmarnathPackages.in may alter itineraries, accommodations, and transportation arrangements any time owing to reasons of weather conditions, safety concerns, and operational reason.

In case of major changes, the users will be immediately informed, and alternatives will be sought accordingly.

9. User Responsibilities

Users will abide by the guidelines given by AmarnathPackages.in and the local administration in the vicinity.

Misconduct, illegal activities and breach of rules can invite withdrawal of service with no claim of refund.

Users carry responsibility for their luggage whilst traveling. AmarnathPackages.in bears no responsibility in the loss or theft of items.

10. Liability Limitation

AmarnathPackages.in is an intermediary service offered between the user and service providers like hotels, transport operators, and local guides.

We have no responsibility in the form of third-party service provider issues such as delays, cancellations, or disruption.

Our liability is to the limit to the amount paid for the services selected for booking through AmarnathPackages.in.

11. Force Majeure

AmarnathPackages.in shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of obligations if it is caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism.

Intellectual Property

All content on AmarnathPackages.in is owned by the company as text, images, logos, and design.

You are prohibited to make copies of the content or distributing or altering it in any way without written permission.

13. Privacy Policy

You agree to our Privacy Policy that governs how we collect, use, and manage your personal information when you use our services.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In case no amicable settlement is arrived at, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of law at Delhi, India.
